The Day Before...

We received our figure 8 products today and tomorrow the detox will start. We went to the store today to buy food for the week. I am going to die! I feel like a bear before winter. One last day to fill myself with yummy food! Today I am eating pizza, Swiss Miss Cake Rolls, Oreo's and drinking things I won't get to for the next month. I will miss you gluten rich food, sugar and caffeine! At the store we purchased a lot of healthy, natural foods and throughout the next month I will document what I am eating along with my struggles and progression through the detox period. My goal is to become a healthier person and hopefully the figure 8 program will help in that goal. At this moment, I have my doubts...
